National Award Winning Ghost Pepper Products!

Our own line of sauces based upon the mighty Ghost Pepper (aka the Bhut Jolokia Pepper) are available for purchase! Since our start in 2010 with two products (Fire Out the Hole! and Ghost of Carolina), we added two new ones in 2011 (Blazed & Abuzed and a Gourmet 6 Pepper Relish). We plan to add an additional two products to our line this year when the fresh veggies are in season in FL.

 

3 of our 4 products have been entered into national competitions and all 3 came away with awards. Fire Out the Hole! received a Golden Chile Award (1st Place) and Ghost of Carolina earned a 3rd Place ribbon in the 2011 Fiery Food Challenge. Most recently, our Gourmet 6 Pepper Relish took 3rd Place in the 2012 Scovies that were awarded in October 2011.

  

All of the fresh veggies and herbs that go into our products are locally sourced in FL on the day of bottling so we can be sure the products are of excellent quality. The only item we can't get in FL is the Ghost Pepper since there are no local growers. We source our Ghost Pepper from San Antonio, TX from a wholesaler that is also a supplier to Whole Foods so we can be guaranteed of only using the highest quality of ingredients to create our products.

Hot Pepper Dudes, LLC is a national award winning, Tampa-based Company born of a love of fresh and fiery ingredients.
